Yorkville South

A Neighbourhood in Development

Bloor/Yonge, the intersection that needs no introduction is the northern most border of the Yorkville South neighbourhood.  With a slew of developments in stages from plan to completion this small corner is quickly becoming tower-dominated with mixed-use high-rises of distinctive modern style.

This collection of high-density buildings are clustered from just north of Isabella up to Bloor St E. between Yonge and Church.   These buildings have sophisticated amenities, making them excellent for entertaining.  The neighbourhood encourages a “walk out the door” lifestyle that is in demand by most. Offering the neighbourhood amenities of Yorkville and the Church Wellesley Village with immediate access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores.
